Our winter vacation in Wisconsin is drawing to a close. Here are a few more pictures from the last few days.

Two days before Christmas the temperatures soared up toward freezing making for we, slushy snow that was perfect for rolling, packing, snowballs and making snowmen (and snowowls).

Kai’s December Band Concert
This evening was Kai’s winter band concert – he did a great job and had a great time.

Feel the Burn
This week was the “Feel the Burn” fitness challenge put on by the fire department. It involved a parade and a big festival at the Kings road fields. The Boy Scouts put together the jr. challenge where kits ran an obstacle course that involved carrying a fire truck, running hoses, climbing ladders to rescue cats all while wearing fire fighter gear. Kai’s job was to re-coil the hoses between runs.
