2022 Mosque Visit

As part of the SAES diversity and inclusion efforts, there are several trips to local mosques hosted each year. In January, I had the privilege of being able to visit some of the mosques under the excellent guidance of Mr. Ahmad Rammah who, I think, knows people in every mosque in Al Khobar. The weather was beautiful and it was a day well spent. Enjoy the pictures!

February Pictures

I am clearly a boring, middle aged guy because I’ve really liked the last few weeks of steady, predicable schedules. As a result of our boring, yet comfortable, existence there have not been many pictures taken but there have been a few. I recently cleared out the photo-stream and here are some worth sharing. Nora’s Second Grade Concert

Nora recently had her 2nd grade concert. Check out the gallery for some pictures.

Some Random Pictures

Here are a few random pictures from the start of the school year. They are growing fast with Kai now in 4th grade and Nora in 1st. Enjoy the photos!

We recently went downtown to get new portable chairs. Our favorite camping store makes them sturdy to the point they can barely be called portable. Here Kai helps lug one back to the car.

A Few Random Pictures

Here’s a few images from recent events. The big event was a shopping trip to Khobar secure a new bed. With traffic and construction the roads are as bad as ever and when the first store didn’t have anything we wanted we ended up going clear across town towards Dammam to hit the Seally showroom. The had exactly what we were looking for–one big block of firm memory foam. It needs to be shipped in from Jeddah so we are still waiting. Soon insh’allah.
