Random Bass Lake Pictures

Here is a gallery of photos I took one evening when Nora and I went out to run her remote control boat. After we ran the battery down there was still enough daylight left to look for some frogs by the dock.

More Vacation Pictures

If vacation officially ends when you get on the plane to go home then we have only about 60 minutes left. If it ends when you land at the other end then we still have a full 24 hours left. Arlington Visit

Pictures from a great visit we had to the Post family farm which also included a visit to the Sibley County Fair.

This is the drain pipe under South Shore Drive where Bass Lake drains towards the Yellow River.

Biking in Wisconsin

One of my favorite things each summer is to go biking on the local trails and back roads. Traffic is low and scenery is high and the rides are great – either shorter ones with Kai and Nora (though Kai and I did hit 10 miles one day) or longer ones alone. This summer my bike riding was cut short with a broken spoke and no nearby place to get it fixed and so I end my summer with 268 miles on the odometer. Here are a few pictures where I paused long enough to snap a photo.
