News from the Jacobs family in Saudi Arabia
A recent addition to the new house has been the horse shaped tire swing that Lisa and Chris gave us. We hung it from a tree behind the house–it is actually outside of our gate which isn’t exactly “Aramco standard” but it is such a perfect place for it. It is a super hit with Kai and Nora (and pretty much all the kids in the neighborhood).
Last night it got down to -15 degrees and the moon was as big and full as I’ve ever seen. With the snow cover it was bright as twilight outside.
The pictures below are from shortly after we arrived. There had already been a little bit of snow on the ground so we bundled up and went outside to play and take some pictures.
